Fan Fair Country Festival

Paula just came back from a week in Nashville, during the Fan Fair Country Festival. Where she was a featured artist in a showcase of Christian Country Artists at Douglas Corners. Sunday the 12th she sang on stage of the origianl Grand Ol' Opry, the Ryman Auditorium. "Sunday Morning Country" was the show, and it was its 25th year of being produced. The organization Music City Christian Fellowship puts this on every year. To make sure that Gospel music is represented during Fan Fair. Brenda Lee, hosted the show. Paula shared the stage with such Opry stars as Ricky Skaggs, Skeeter Davis, Margo Smith, George Hamilton the 1V, Freddy Hart, Lulu Roman, Joe Babcock with the Babcocks. Paula was received very well by the nearly sold out audience. In Paula's own words: " To be on that historic stage, with such talent around me was a true honor. One wonderful experience I will not ever forget. I was so moved by the testimony of Skeeter Davis. She came out on stage with help, she is weak from battling cancer herself. Yet, she came to share about her friend Jesus, and share two songs. It reduced me to tears that would not stop flowing as I watched this tiny women give God truly the ultimate sacrifice of praise. Bless you, Skeeter!!!!"

While in Nashville, Paula was caught by surprised to be a part of a CBS special on Fan Fair. Which will air in either July or August. So look for the special, and watch for Paula. Kind of like where is Carmen Miranda? Where is Paula Slow.
